The stack delivery STA 550 BK is suitable for counted stacking of small-format labels, business cards, and cards of all kinds, whether rectangular, square, round, or contour-cut. With the delivery unit, up to nine product streams can be processed, either as individual products or in shingled flow. The format range extends from 50 x 50 mm to 530 x 230 mm, with the maximum stack height being 150 mm.

The ejection height of the stacking table can be adjusted to the stack height. This saves paths and thus time. For the stacking table, various stacking compartments are also available as an option, which can be adjusted to the format outside the machine. For a job change, only the block with the stacking compartments needs to be replaced afterward. The STA 550 BK features an interface for connection to a banding or packaging machine. A robotic solution is also possible, or simple manual removal.
